This is a special page I have added because Ernst Zündel is in a German prison having been sentenced to five years for asking questions about the holocaust. Not satisfied with this perversion, the German courts also sent his defence council, Sylvia Stolz, to jail for three and a half years and disbarred her for five, just for representing him, defending him, and believing in him. This is not the first time Ernst Zündel has been put in prison for the "crimes" he has committed. On the 5th February 2003, Ernst Zündel was arrested at his home in Tennessee. He was arrested on the grounds that he had missed an interview date with US immigration officials, even though his immigration lawyer knew nothing of any such interview date; had not been informed of any such interview date; and the fact that people are NOT arrested for missing such an interview. Despite this, and even though he had entered the USA legally, was married to Ingrid, an American citizen, had committed no crime, and was living by the rules laid down for him to become a permanent legal resident, Ernst Zündel was still arrested. Two weeks later, he was deported back to Canada where he was left to rot in solitary confinement in the Toronto West Detention Centre for over two years in disgusting conditions that disgrace the Canadian people, on the premise that he was “a threat to national security.” The nature and method of the arrest of Ernst Zündel, a pacifist who was then 63, should rankle with the vast majority of the American people. It would be understandable if Ernst Zündel had been conspiring to commit carnage on the American people. It would be understandable if Ernst Zündel had been selling classified top secret information to a foreign power. But Ernst Zündel had committed none of these acts. So why should Ernst Zündel be locked up in solitary confinement for so long as “a threat to national security”? The answer is simple. Ernst Zündel has questioned
the holocaust. He has done no more then ask questions about the figures
we are told
we HAVE to believe without question. He has done no more then question
the methods used to kill the numbers we are told we HAVE to believe were
killed without question. He has done no more then question the indoctrination
that the world has accepted as fact. |

| POLITICAL PRISONER |
| Ernst Zündel is a political prisoner. There are no 'Ifs' or 'Buts'
about this statement; it is a cold and hard fact. In Germany today there
exists a sinister law against people who question the holocaust. I believe
it is called “Defaming the dead.” If you say six million did
not die in the concentration camps then you are going to go to jail because
you are defaming those who died.
Unfortunately, no one has told the people who came up with this crazy criminal law that they would have to also extradite and jail the Polish government for down grading the numbers who we had been told for over forty (40) years had died at Auschwitz. We were told that it was four million for all those years. However, after Ernst Zündel was put on trial twice in Canada, charged with publishing false news when he produced a booklet titled “Did Six Million Really Die?” - his first trial lasting eight weeks in 1985, his second trial lasting for two months in 1988 - the Polish authorities changed their figures and miraculously resurrected two and a half million dead people who had, so we had been told for over 40 years, been murdered by the Nazis during the Second World War. Even the memorial stone in honour of the four million dead disappeared to replaced with one that stated “about one and a half million.” Run your cursor over the image to see what I mean. |

| I love that word “about.” In other words they
don’t know the numbers for certain, which makes the imprisonment
of Ernst Zündel an obscenity because HE has been told like the rest
of us that we HAVE to accept that six million Jews died in the holocaust,
even though the Polish authorities have raised two and a half million of
them from the grave.
Professor Raul Hilberg, the world's foremost leading authority on the Holocaust, in his three volume work, “The Destruction of the European Jew”, resurrected a further half million on his own. On page 1219 of his work he states that one million died at Auschwitz. So, given that we have a reduction of the figures from four million to one million, shouldn’t we be expected to believe that the death toll would be three million? The answer is no. | So Professor Raul Hilberg, the world's foremost leading authority on the Holocaust, says the number is five million, one hundred thousand. Now this presents an awkward situation for me. Leaving the three million who were resurrected by the Polish Government and Professor Raul Hilberg, it has to be asked IF this is the case then why does Germany have a law that will send you to jail if you do NOT concede the view that six million died? |
